Bugatti Veyron Vitesse Worlds Fastest And Most Expensive Car

The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Vitesse is the worlds fastest and most costly open topped car. At the heart of this machine, which is priced from a cool one point four million + taxes, lies the same eight point zero litre W sixteen engine, complete with 4 turbo chargers, that could be found in the closed top Super Sport version of the Veyron.

Level best power of 1183 bhp is developed at six thousand and four hundred rpm and torque hits an amazing 1106 lb ft. Paired to a 7 speed, dual clutch gearbox, drive is provided to all four wheels by a Haldex system.

At maximum acceleration that intends it will hit one point four g, about the same force you feel when you slam on the brakes in an everyday car, and sixty two mph would appear in two point six second, one hundred and twenty four mph in seven point four second and one hundred and eighty six mph in sixteen point zero sec. Its worth noting, though, that the zero to sixty two mph time is slower than the standard cars, as the big turbos take time to wind up and provide the extra power and torque. Get them in full swing and, with the space and right road or track you will cover a quarter of a mile in ten point zero sec and a full mile in twenty five seconds.

Little sidetrack now... I'm intending to redesign the website. Contemplating color scheme a fair bit and wanted suggestions. What do you guys think about http://www.greatnortherntimber.com. Yes, no? Leave me a comment. Sorry! I'm a scatterbrain, I'll get back to it now.

Should you need to stop in a hurry the ceramic brakes won't disappoint they will pull two point zero g, hauling you from sixty two mph to a halt in thirty one point twenty fourm. Or to put it another way, if you could find somewhere suitable to try it, you could go from a standstill to sixty two mph to a standstill again in just five point nine second.

The initial thing you notice is that the bucket seats are set reassuringly low and are brilliantly supportive. See ahead, and your eye is drawn to the exquisite controls and instruments, and especially the center console, which is made from carbon fibre and titanium.

The engine of Bugatti Veyron Vitesse roars in to life with a pleasant, engaging tone, although it is nowhere near as raw as the numbers might suggest. Roof off, spoiler up, it provides a note you could always enjoy without it ever feeling like it is trespassing. The turbos whoop and woosh rather like you'd imagine an angry dragon too, but never with anything approaching ferocity. Even so, there's no question it could set the hairs on your neck upwards is you feel inclined to drop a gear or two and go.

That's a theme that peals true for pretty much the whole experience of driving a Bugatti Veyron it is thrilling, but not daunting, supporting, not overwhelming. For sure, even in normal mode it speeds up on and on if you ask it to 235mph surely it will go, but although it is normally very fast, the power and torque are delivered in a largely undramatic way.

If there is a criticism, it is about car's weight, at near two ton, is always waiting to catch you out if you do switch over to the driver aids off. This sexy car has a natural tendency to under steer that could be neutered by trailing the throttle into bends, but if you go that route you need to do so with discipline.

If you have got the cash to spend and the merest hint of an inclination, then yes but don't dilly dally too long as only one hundred and fifty open topped versions of the Bugatti Veyron would be built, in either standard Grand Sport specification or this version, and the waiting list is presently over a year long. The price of this car is 1.4 million dollars and it's top speed is 255mph. It goes to 0 to 62 mph in 2.0 seconds and in my opinion it is a sexy car.

Many thanks goes to Fog Out who essentially provided me with the concept for this article in an Facebook message they sent to me. They certainly are an astonishing foggy window repair service in Calgary with heart if anybody's interested.
